The good life is a practice.
Rewire the CEO.
Let the business follow.
An incubator for founders at day zero. We use AI to raise your Emotional Quotient and operator skills so in 11 weeks you leave as a confident CEO. Arrive with just yourself and an idea. Leave with a fully baked, revenue‑producing business. Delivered in three‑week phases. Fewer than ten founders per cohort; three cohorts per year.
What Artist → Architect is
Artist to Architect is an AI‑native incubator for idea‑stage and very early founders. We incubate the person as intentionally as the company—training attention, belief, and identity through a simple daily rhythm so behavior, product, and revenue align.
Identity before tactics. Rhythm over intensity. Relationships that multiply results.
The eleven‑week arc
- Phase I (Weeks 1–3): Build the CEO — clarity of offer, operating rhythm, first proofs.
- Integration Week A (Week 4): Hands‑off, founder‑led build week (no new instructions) to consolidate and show work.
- Phase II (Weeks 5–7): Product and public proof — ship useful artifacts, tighten the ask.
- Integration Week B (Week 8): Hands‑off, founder‑led build week; publish results; prepare revenue pushes.
- Phase III (Weeks 9–11): Revenue and rhythm — clean offers, decisive asks, visible progress.
Three daily touches keep it human: one shipped artifact, one physiological shift, one relational signal.
Identity over tactics.
We install a reliable inner stance—disciplined self‑talk, deliberate attention, and proof‑driven confidence.
Rhythm over intensity
Three daily touches create sustainable momentum—work, body, relationships—so the life gets stronger as the company does.
Relationships multiply results
We design for relationships that steady the nervous system and accelerate brave choices—customers, partners, and peers.
Applications are currently closed
The application window will reopen in early January. We select three cohorts per year, and spots are extremely limited to ensure each participant has hands‑on, full‑time attention from the Artist to Architect leadership and network. Check back then for the full site and application.
